Black Tie Bussing + Set-Up + Clean-Up

Family members, bridesmaids and sometimes even event hosts are left to set tables, serve food & cake, empty trash bins, remove soiled chinaware, and clear empty cups & beer bottles.  Plan on Perfection provides support services to let you and your guests enjoy your celebration. 

• Receive, Unpack and Set-Up of Items Such as:  Table Linens, Chinaware, Cutlery, Water Goblets, Champagne Flutes, and Center Pieces (as Assigned by the Client or Event Stylist)
• Table Bussing to Include:  Setting, Waiting, and Clearing Trash from Tables Throughout the Entire Event
• Arrange and Run Food Buffet Lines or Provide Plate to Table Service to All Guests
• Cut and Serve Cake
• Organize, Scrape Down, and Repack Rentals - Chinaware, Cutlery, and Glassware 
• Wash Dishes/Rentals - If the Rental Company Requires
• Empty Trash and Divide Trash and Recyclables Throughout the Event, If Necessary
• Set, Maintain, and Break Down Dessert, Grazing, and Cake Tables
• Provide Main Support to Caterers and Event Decorators
• Follow Strict Timelines and Work Accordingly with Other Vendors Such as:  DJ's, Photographers, and Videographers to Ensure a Successful Event
• Complete Other Tasks as Needed and Assigned to Keep the Appearance and Overall State of the Venue Clean and Elegant
